Every movement you need for #FitByChristmas, explained, in 60 seconds or less!
Want a full body workout program? Then it’s going to incorporate pretty much all of, or most of, these exercises. This is what we call a ‘movement hierarchy’. It’s a list of movements from the very basic, right up to the advanced. Start at the easiest version and then progress to the next once you have it down to a T.
For example. If you’re program reads Box Jump and you can’t box jump yet then go to the one listed just before box jump (the bullet points under each movement start with the easiest progression and then get more difficult/complex as you move down through them).
Work on it. Perfect it and then attempt the box jump. You’ll surprise yourself!
These videos are boiled down to the bare bones. Learn by doing.
Start light. Start Slow. Listen to the pointers.
Get familiar with them. Then start increasing resistance levels until the posture or structure starts to fail.
When it does start to fail, pare it back a bit and go again with even more focus on the posture and technique.
You will not get it straight away. It is a slow process. Give it a few weeks but you’ll surprise yourself as to how far you come along in such a short time!
