A Nice Kettlebell Complex finisher with Ronan. 2 Kettlebells, 4 Exercises, work for 40 sec, rest for 20 sec, 8 minutes in total. KB Deadlift, KB Clean, KB Squat, KB Snatch. Choose a Kettlebell weight that will push you but allow you to work at a continuous pace for the full duration of the 40 seconds.
Stick this 10 minute workout at the end of your session to target the core muscles, both transverse and rectus. Stay with your trainer and use the video in realtime as they go through the workout with you.
